There has been a need to introduce high quality insulated covers in the construction & cold storage industry in the GCC for many years. EIP was set up to address this market deficiency, offering a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility where quality pre-insulated panel products can be manufactured with short delivery time using approved raw materials and skilled labour.
Products
EIP CSP Cold Store Panels are composite prefabricated panels, consisting of two layers of metal facers and PUR/PIR insulation core between the facers, continuously laminated on a fully automatic production line.EIP Cold Store panels is a range of insulated roof, wall and ceiling panels designed specifically for use within the food and drink industry such as food manufacturing and temperature controlled storage. These enhanced panels are ideal for temperature ranges of between -40ºC to +80ºC, and feature an innovative joint system designed to withstand high pressure washing and regular cleaning; preventing water ingress and minimising potential bacteria growth.
The manufacturing process involves expanding PIR (rigid foam) between two skins of steel sheets on a double-belt continuous production line, forming an exceptionally strong and durable, building panel. EIP uses pentane gas as the blowing agent which has zero ozone depleting potential and low GDP. Panel thicknesses from 55mm to 200mm are available providing varying levels of thermal, and structural performance to meet the most stringent design criteria.
